For the upcoming season, TT Motorsport is opening a limited number of opportunities to work with drivers who want more than simply arrive at the circuit with a prepared car.

Our goal is simple: build a complete competition package around the driver — and continuously develop it throughout the season. 

TT Motorsport has been involved in motorsport and race-car engineering for more than 30 years. The team was built around racing with roots in rallycross and autocross dating back to the 1990s. Ivo has multiple Latvian rallycross titles and a European Championship podium, and has continued to work directly with high-level rallycross cars and drivers.

In recent seasons, TT Motorsport has supported Maiko Tamm and his M-Sport-built Ford Fiesta, including his Euro RX campaign. Our experience covers everything from car preparation and drivetrain work to suspension setup, electronics, testing and race support.

Ivo Traubergs — Team Leader / Motorsport Engineer

Former professional racing driver with decades of rallycross and autocross experience. Ivo brings the most important thing to the project: an understanding of what actually makes a competition car fast, reliable and predictable when the pressure is on.

Roger — Engineering & CAD Design

Engineering, CAD design, reverse engineering and precision TIG fabrication. From modifying an existing component to designing a completely new solution, we can take an idea from the car to CAD and from CAD to a finished motorsport component.

Ingars — Team Manager

The person you want when something goes wrong. Ingars keeps the team synchronized, handles high-pressure trackside challenges seamlessly, and brings firsthand wheel-to-wheel experience as an active buggy driver.

Ainar & Matis — Race Mechanics

Experienced mechanics with backgrounds ranging from competition cars and FC2/Supercar Lites to high-end and factory-built racing machinery. Their job is simple: make sure the car is ready, reliable and working when it matters.

Buying a rallycross car is one of the biggest decisions of the season.

We can help evaluate available cars, assess their technical condition, understand their history and identify what will actually be required to make the car competitive.

05 — RACE SUPPORT

We can provide technical preparation and support throughout the race weekend.

During the event, our team can handle servicing, repairs, setup changes, diagnostics and technical problem solving so the driver can concentrate on driving.
